Have Questions? We’ve Got Answers.
From appointment timing to what to wear, we cover everything you need to know.
Bring your insurance card (if applicable), a photo ID, a list of any medications or supplements you're taking, and any recent X-rays or imaging if you have them. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so we can get your paperwork squared away before your appointment.
Your first visit typically takes about 45 minutes to an hour. That includes a one-on-one consultation, a thorough chiropractic exam, any necessary X-rays, your first treatment session, and a review of our findings and recommendations. We don't rush through it because getting it right matters more than getting it done fast.
In most cases, no. In Arkansas, you can see a chiropractor without a referral. Some insurance plans may have specific requirements, so we recommend calling our office and our team can check your plan's details before your visit.
We'll send you digital intake forms after you schedule your appointment. You can complete them online before you arrive, which saves time. If you'd rather fill them out in person, just arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time.
In many cases, yes. We'll review your surgical history during your consultation and tailor our approach accordingly. Some techniques and therapies may be adjusted or avoided depending on your specific situation. The exam is designed to determine exactly what's safe and appropriate for you.
Every patient is different. Your first visit includes everything: consultation, exam, adjustment, and a review of your personalized care plan and pricing. A typical plan starts at 3 visits per week and gradually decreases as your body heals and stabilizes. We'll walk you through the reasoning behind the schedule so it makes sense to you, not just to us.
You're welcome to. We'll never pressure you into a care plan you're not comfortable with. That said, we'll be transparent about what we find and what we recommend. Structural issues don't resolve in a single visit, just like one workout doesn't get you in shape. But the choice is always yours.
Yes. We see patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. Many of our families come in together. Pediatric adjustments are gentle and age-appropriate, and we also provide care for pregnant moms, athletes, and working professionals. We offer a 15% family discount for second family members.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and check. For care plans, we offer upfront payment options with discounts. If you have insurance, we handle billing directly so you only pay your co-pay or out-of-pocket amount at each visit.
Yes. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can call us at (479) 439-8121 or reach out through text. Life happens, and we'll work with you to find a time that works.
