Insurance & Payment Information

We believe healthcare should be clear and straightforward. This page explains how insurance and payment work at Thrive — so you know what to expect before your visit.

A Clear, Honest Approach to Costs

Questions about cost and insurance are completely normal — and we believe they deserve clear answers.

At Thrive Wellness Center, our goal is to make sure you understand:

  • How insurance may or may not apply?
  • What your options are?
  • What to expect financially before starting care?

Using Insurance at Thrive Wellness Center

Thrive Wellness Center works with many insurance plans and is happy to help determine how your benefits may apply to chiropractic care.

Because insurance plans vary widely, coverage can differ based on:

Your specific plan

Your deductible and co-insurance

Whether chiropractic care is considered medically necessary

Annual visit limits

Our team will verify your benefits when possible and explain them in plain language — so you’re never left guessing.

Cash & Self-Pay Options

Many patients choose to pay out of pocket for care — either because they don’t have insurance or prefer a straightforward, predictable option.

Cash and self-pay care at Thrive:

Offers transparent pricing

Allows flexibility in care options

Avoids insurance-driven limitations

Is reviewed clearly before care begins

Care Plans & Payment Options

If a care plan is recommended, we’ll take time to explain:

Springdale patients benefit from a comprehensive approach that may include:

  • What the plan includes
  • Why is it being recommended
  • What it’s designed to help improve
  • How payment options work

Care plans at Thrive:

  • Are personalized — never one-size-fits-all
  • Are always optional
  • Are explained clearly before you decide

When appropriate, we may offer flexible payment options to help make care more manageable.

Common Insurance & Payment Questions

We're in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Ambetter, Aetna, QualChoice, and Medicare. We also accept United Healthcare (UHC) as an out-of-network provider and submit claims on your behalf. We accept VA Community Care referrals for eligible veterans and auto accident cases as well.

Call our office at (479) 439-8121 and our team will verify your benefits before your first visit. We'll let you know what your plan covers, what your co-pay will be, and if there are any visit limits or requirements. There's no charge for a benefits check.

Coverage varies by plan, but many major insurance plans cover chiropractic adjustments, exams, and X-rays. Some plans cover up to 30 visits per year. Co-pays for in-network visits are often between $30 and $50. Our team will give you specific numbers based on your plan before you start care.

If your insurance co-pay is lower than our $67 new patient offer (or $49 on select landing pages), we honor the lower amount. For example, if your BCBS co-pay is $30, you pay $30 for your first visit, not $67. We always default to whatever saves you money.

Yes. While we're out-of-network with UHC, we accept UHC patients and submit claims on your behalf. You'll pay at the time of your visit, and UHC will reimburse you directly based on your plan's out-of-network benefits. Many UHC patients still receive meaningful reimbursement.

Yes. We're a Medicare-participating provider. Medicare covers chiropractic adjustments for certain conditions. Our team will verify your specific Medicare benefits and let you know what's covered before your first visit.

No problem. Your first visit is $67 and includes a consultation, exam, and your first treatment. For ongoing care, we offer cash care plans with upfront payment discounts. We also accept HSA and FSA cards. We'll walk you through all your options so you can make the best decision for your budget.

No, we do not accept workers' compensation cases at this time.

Yes. If you've been injured in a car accident, we can treat you and work with your auto insurance or attorney for billing. Auto accident patients often have 100% of their treatment covered through their auto policy. Call us to discuss your specific situation.

We offer upfront care plan pricing with built-in discounts. For a standard 28-visit care plan, there's a cash-pay price available. We also accept HSA/FSA cards and all major credit cards. If you have questions about affording care, call us and we'll talk through your options.

Yes. Your first visit includes everything: consultation, exam, adjustment, and a review of your personalized care plan and pricing. We'll walk you through what your insurance covers (if applicable) and your estimated out-of-pocket costs before you leave. We don't surprise you with bills after the fact.

Yes. We offer a 15% discount for a second family member. Many of our families come in together, and we want to make it as affordable as possible for the whole household to receive care.
